Happy New Year! Is it me, or is 2009 just what the doctor ordered? Let’s hope so. We’ve heard from you on the front lines, and we know that business is tough. Some customers say orders are off almost 20 percent these days.  As one friend put it, “2008, why you gotta hate?”  So we all agree, it’s been crappy. Now moving on...

This month's 360˚ is aimed at helping you get your 2009 off on the right foot.  A downturn in the economy can test your company's metal, but it is also an opportunity to show what you're made of.  Quality and service are even more important during a recession as we all compete for fewer and smaller projects.

Here at Radius Display Products, we are especially prepared to help you and your clients through this lean time. Our products, especially our fabric products, offer a cost effective way to dress up an existing booth or space in a package that is compact and lightweight.  And we think you know about our service.... second to none in my opinion.  Just as it has been for the last 32 years, our goal is to be your business partner, in good times and bad. Think of it like a really easy marriage – one where we always think you’re fantastic. So let us know how we can help you weather this storm. Rest assured, this downturn will pass and we’ll be celebrating a year of good fortune once again. In the meantime, good luck out there!

PS:  Take special note of the "Disaster Zone" request to the right and send us your horror stories!

Disaster Zone

Business wouldn't be interesting if it didn't get a little crazy every now and then. Do you have a "Disaster Story" to share? In an upcoming issue of 360˚, we'll be featuring insider stories about exhibit deals gone bad.

Drop Sherry an email or give her a call (214-615-5959). I can't promise that we can use your story, but I can guarantee a sympathetic ear. And if you make us laugh, we'll give you a free throw cover.
